Available bedrooms for Rentals: 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (5 ensuite), Sleeps 11 (3 super king/twins, 2 doubles, 1 single) [This excludes the Master Suite which is locked and used for storage, therefore not include]

Kitchen & Larder – Including fridge/freezer, range cooker, larder, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave, TV and many cooking accessories

Dining Room – Table to seat max 18 (2 at each end, 7 down each side)

Living Room – L-shaped sofa, 2 arm chairs, open fireplace, speaker system for AirPlay

Study – Locked and used for storage

Playroom – 2 sofas, 1 armchair, Cinema sound TV with Sky Q, Apple TV, PS3, Wii, speaker system for Airplay

Laundry – Drying room, downstairs shower room, washing machine, dryer and drying rail

Deck – 2 L shaped outside sofas, round table for 8, Big Green Egg BBQ (Only use real wood fuel – no briquettes)

Outside cushions – stored in the downstairs shower.

Sundeck – 2 sun loungers and swing seat (due April 2018) and hammock

Drying Area – Clothes spindle

Outside Room – Table for 14, power and internet sockets.

Flint Shed – 2 single kayaks available to use at own risk. If you damage them, you will be billed.

North Patio – Table for 14

Gym/Office outbuilding – Locked for storage.

Front Patio – Table for 8, Netball hoop and Table Tennis

Driveway – Space for at least 8-10 cars

Access to Coastal Path – Gate off the garden next to flint shed.

All ground floor rooms have coastal views

2 Rental Bedrooms have coastal views

Property well known for deliveries by all major couriers and supermarket companies.

Taxis struggle to find it and may need guidance.

First floor terraces should not be used, Boat store should be kept locked, any extra charges levied through Apple TVs or Sky are to be recharged.

Cleaning arranged once or twice a week.

Lawn cut weekly during the summer

Gardener visits once a week.

Please note that the Pump House is primarily a private home. As listed above, some rooms are locked off for storage and de-cluttering.
